Privacy policy

Last updated: 15 September 2026

Hide operates hide.sa. This policy explains what personal data the site collects, why, where it is kept and for how long, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

What we collect

When you send the contact form: the organization name, sector, work email, phone number if you give one, the track you choose, your message, your consent and the time you gave it, and the language of the page.

To protect the form from abuse we also keep a one-way hash of your IP address that changes every day, so the address itself is never stored, and your browser's user-agent string.

Our servers keep technical logs of requests: the time, the address requested and the response status. They never contain what you type into the form, your email address or your phone number.

Why we collect it

To answer your request and connect you with a specialist from the right track, and to keep the site secure and working.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are deleted 12 months after we receive them. Technical logs are deleted after 30 days.

Where it is stored

All of this data is stored on servers in Saudi Arabia. Only authorized Hide staff can read contact form submissions.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It sets one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, to remember the language you choose. Editors who sign in to the site's content management system also receive a session cookie.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw your consent. Send your request to info@hide.sa and we will reply within the period the law sets.
