Frequently asked questions
Short answers about working with Hide: who we work with, where data is hosted, service in Arabic, penetration tests and how to start.
Who do you work with?
Hide works with government entities and companies across Saudi Arabia. Most of our clients run systems that regulators watch closely, so our work maps to the National Cybersecurity Authority's controls from the first day.
Do you work with the private sector?
Yes. Banks, holding companies and growing businesses use the same four tracks as government entities: infrastructure, cybersecurity, governance and AI. Every engagement is shaped around your risks, not around a fixed package.
Where is our data hosted?
Inside the Kingdom. Every environment we build or operate stays in Saudi data centers, and this website itself runs on Saudi infrastructure. Nothing leaves the country unless you decide it should.
Do you provide services in Arabic?
Yes. Reports, policies, procedures and every meeting can be in Arabic, English or both, whichever your entity prefers. Our documents follow the terminology used by Saudi regulators.
How long does a penetration test take?
A typical web or network test takes two to four weeks from scoping to the final report, depending on the size of the environment. You receive findings as we go, so critical issues never wait for the report.
How do we start?
Send us a message through the contact form or WhatsApp and tell us which track you need. A specialist from that track replies within one business day to agree on scope and next steps.
